Softwate update from10.2.1 to 10.3.1and settings issue

My z10 was not showing software update though the new 10.3.1 was released and also the select wallpaper option in display in settings was not responding as I can't able to keep two different wallpapers for home screen and lock screen. plzz any one hlp me

What does that exactly mean ? Does the menue crash or can you set two different wallpapers but the phone will not show the selected ones ?

Did you do an OTA update or did you use an autoloader, because you said the update was not showing.
