I updated my BlackBerry Z10 to 10.3.1.1779 on airtel. I had a lot of issues
1. Auto focus stopped working.
2. Z10 gets switched off automatically when the battery goes below 50% n when I switch it on..it does not start

Now my question is that does BlackBerry replace or repairs their products if their customers face any problems because of their products. Because it is very annoying I had to face a lot of problems. It is not like I hate BlackBerry. Infact I love bb's but this is not a good thing.

isn't there any other way to do so
