    They said tath with the last update of the BlackBerry 10 software there isn't limit of the opened applications..but i still can open 8 applications..4 for each page
    Anyone can explain!??!

    That is only the latest software for your carrier.
    Active frame control comes with 10.3.1, there won't be an official release till January or possibly later.
    If you want 10.3.1 now, you would have to load a leak.
    Although I should also point out that you only get 8 active frames not unlimited.
    And the active frames will be re adjustable.

    Maybe you have gotten confused with folders?
    From 10.3 you have the option to have endless folders, ie you can put as many apps in a folder as you like.

    On an after thought...the other thing you are maybe thinking of is headless apps or apps that run in the background without leaving the active frame open?
    If this is correct, then you can check which apps have been allowed to run in the background from your permissions in settings.
    To close apps running in the background, in your apps manager > device monitor
    Tap the app and then close
