Each time you did it did your system storage go up? What's it at now? I'd stop trying and update manually with an autoloader.

Same problem here. I get a message critical error occurred while updating. This happens both with wifi update and using link. I had 1.5 gb free space before trying the 105 mb update now I have 300 mb free space. I don't want to use an autoloader. This seriously sucks.

Using an autoloader is quick and efficient.
If you want that storage back you need to wipe the phone. You can use link to do a factory reset, no guarantee you'll get the full update and may need an additional Ota update again...
You can do a security wipe which takes 40 mins to an hour. Or you can use an autoloader which takes 20 mins or so and install a fresh OS.
