    read lots of articles that say it does it but there is no hotspot icon in my settings, so i am assuming not supported by cell provider . PS company phone so that is possible

    I'm on T-Mobile USA, so Mobile Hotspot is included in my $50 Simple Choice plan. On my Q10, Settings->Network and Connections has Mobile Hotspot listed under Connectivity Services when I scroll down. The setting is in between NFC and Internet Tethering. It's missing on yours?

    If it's a company phone, they may have disabled that option.

    Setting/mobile connections/mobile hotspot should get you there
