An issue with WIndows, tried on a Win7 and a Win8.1 laptops but cannot connect.

As far as I know I've disable Virus Checkers and FireWalls on both, everything looks good except cannot connect.

Anyone else had problems but found solutions for getting Snap side loaded onto a Z30 STA100-5 running, Software Release-10.3.1.1450, OS Ver.-10.3.1.2072, Build-812515?

Download Snap.
Download Sachesi
Open Sachesi on your PC
Plug in your device
Go to the install tab in Sachesi
Drag the Snap BAR file into the Sachesi window
Let it load
Done.

If it's not connecting still, try setting a password on your device if you don't already have one set.

So you cannot get the PC to recognize your phone with your USB cable? Do you have Sachesi loaded and open as well?

Support here in Crackberry always has been and continues to be the greatest! Since I received my Z30 last Friday I've updated the OS twice, now have Snap. It just keeps getting better. Having a blast!
