    Snap is installed on my z10. But I am not able to use it properly. To download an app I must stop phone going into sleep mode by touching it. As soon as it goes in sleep mode, the download stops. This happens on wifi and I haven't tried mobile connection as of now.....is it snap issue or my individual problem.

    I think it's an issue with snap. I'm also experiencing the a similar issue.
    Mine stops downloading if the phone goes into sleep mode. If I minimize the app and do other things on the phone, it does not usually stop.

    Nope. Sadly, Snap doesn't run 100% in the background, and has to be up in front to keep downloads going.
