    I was trying to use the snap app on my Z30 but it does not work anymore. When open, it just stays and keeps loading without any response.

    Snap doesn't work anymore. The developer of the Snap app moved to iOS and will no longer be supporting it anymore. Your best option now is to install the Google Play Store.

    This is incorrect. Delete the version you have now (especially if it is version 3 Beta), then go to Snap - Red Light Of Love, Ltd. and download ver 2.0.0.2 and sideload with Sachesi. This version works fine.

    I just tried it. It worked perfectly. Is it a case of an uninstall of snap and reinstalling it that it doesn't work afterwards?

    If you have ver 3 Beta installed, try the other version. It still works fine.

    I do have the 2.0.0.2. bar installed. But it does not work now. Should I reinstall?

    Yes. Uninstall your app. Reboot your Z30. Then sideload the 2.0.0.2 bar again and sign in with your id and password. Hope that works. I use Snap all the time on both my Passport and spare z10 with no problems. If this still does not work then I apologize to JamBueree!
