    Unfortunately you need a PC to side load. There is no other way.
    You could use the Google browser plug in on a friend's PC whole connected to their wifi if that's an option.

    Snap has to be sideloaded, which requires a pc. I am sure there are smarter people than me on here which my know of a way without a pc. But I used a pc to do it. Check out some of the other forums here, doing a search for Snap.
