My BlackBerry is 4 months old, sometimes it goes, very slow in working. It does not have much stuff in it and don't have any extra app. And shut down automatically. And when playing music there is buffering when press volume button up or down.

Any details on where and how long it buffers or is stuck? E.g., my Z10STL100-2/10.3.2.2639 loads Assistant really slow (after reboot, 2 to 6 seconds, and the device doesn't respond during that time)

Anywhere. Means in any application. Sometime during music sometimes apps
