    Skype was removed from BlackBerry World. The recommendation from BlackBerry was to get it from the Amazon Store.

    This is true, however I recently noticed the version on amazon could not connect calls on BB10 devices, or my PP-SE at least.

    Skype only works with the Google Play version that requires Cobalt's solution to install (might work with SNAP). The Amazon version will install, but you get no Video...

    I patched skype with ps patcher with default options but after install back to BlackBerry classic, I have a black screen, nothing else.
    did I miss something?

    Since Microsoft bought Skype, this software became to be crap. DEP skype...

    Now I am facing another problem. While in online, I make a call to friend but it's not connected with Internet. Why? What reason.

    I unistalled the android version and few days ago I installed again the skype from BBworld.

    I haven't tried to call people or speak yet, but at least the app is working though it has this annoying message about the relies in google services
