    How did you update?

Have you reboot a couple of times just to be sure?

What's the error that you're getting exactly?

Hey hi.... I too faced similar issue until now. I just got it working. I had updated to 3062 few weeks back but I never faced this issue. Yesterday , I had updated about 25 apps from bb world. Since then I was unable to install apps via .apk files or amazon. So, I was trying out few things like removing the apps which got updated recently. Even I tried removing adobe via Sanchesi as it was also one of the updated app. None worked. I also had another weird issue in blackberry world: Blackberry Express and adobe reader stays in the update tab even after updating/uninstalling. Then I found this; I found "sys.installhandlerUI - 10.2.1.1" under search tab. As mine was a Z10 OMAP version in India with Airtel as Carrier, I had set these values in the settings: country - 404, Carrier - 03, Device - z10 (OMAP). I downloaded the sys.installhandlerUI and installed via the sanchesi. Then rebooted my phone. After that, everything worked like a charm as before. I was able to install via amazon, .apk files, snap...

But my another issue with update tab in blackberry world still exists.

Since update to 10.2.1.3062 can't install apk files? Error: no Android Installer-capture.png

    Hope it helps someone

I encountered this problem occasionally under 10.2.1, but not yet on 10.3.1. I found the problem happened when I switched back and forth between Amazon Appstore and Snap 2 (installing via Snap would cause the problem). My cure was a reset and then to go straight to Snap and do the install or update that previously failed.
