    No, I mean SMSs which were saved in the SIM memory before using the BlackBerry device

    They should remain saved on the card if you did never used "delete prior to date".

    So on the hub, text messages, type the letter "B" on your physical keyboard. You should get to the bottom of the page where the older sms are listed.

    If you swich your SIM in an older phone and don't find them either, you might have deleted them accidentally by wiping, installing an autoloader, or the delete prior feature in the hub.
