    OK remove the card and reinsert. Then reboot the phone. If that doesn't work, remove the card. Reboot the phone and then insert the card. I forget if you can do that on a Z10. But give it a try. Post back please.

    Z10 needs a battery pull to reboot, I hope I m right, used Z10 2 years back
