My ambulance trip sheet software uses Silverlight. Since they have switched to that I can't access them from my phone on the browser. Prior to the Silverlight implementation i could access. Now it hangs up and can't install Silverlight to make it work. Is there a way to get it going is my question.

Nope. Unless MS changes how Silverlight works.

Didn't Microsoft "kill" Silverlight last year?

Well - "kill" is perhaps a strong word, since they will support it until 2021, - but No new MS projects will use it - so in that sense - it's dead and new technologies takes over..
