    Few days ago I tried to reset my bb classic but it it stuck at 98% and it wouldn't go further so I restarted the device and this popped up - "www.bberror.com/bb10-0015"

    Okay, this is more common than it should be. You can open BlackBerry link on your pc plug in your device and sed if it's recognized, if it shows up click the restore option. It will reload the software, it may fail but try again. Sometimes the slightest movement of the phone messes up the connection. If this doesn't restore the device software , I'd suggest visiting this site http://support.blackberry.com/kb/art...mber=000029847 from here you can choose to install via an autoloader or through a Web application. You will need Internet Explorer or mozilla to get the browser method to work . Don't worry your device is not a brick .. Yet. Good luck
