    Camera on new Q5 worked well for first month or so and then got message that Camera could not be started. May be fault of downloading updated operating system? How do I get camera working again? Have tried a complete factory refresh.....

    The only time I have seen this issue on here is when an Android app causes the issue.

    I had this problem only once in the last 12 months.
    A factory reset is probably not necessary.
    In my case, I just rebooted the Q5 and after the 3rd or 4th reboot.the camera was working again.
