I was doing security wipe for my Blackberry z10 and still the wipe has not been completed. I started almost 3 and half hours ago and still it is running. Please suggest what needs to be done.
That seems like too long of a time....45 minutes is usually the extent of it. What happens if you take out your battery and reboot? You may have to wipe again. I guess most people would say just wait till it finishes....
It might be better to ditch the security wipe and do a SIC wipe instead.
You will have to reload the OS via link after the SIC wipe is done

You won't be able to do anything till the wipe finishes. Hope you did not select media card and didn't have encryption enabled.

Security wipe can sometimes take very long.

Did it go well in the end? Curious, because my Z30 is busy at it for over 4 hours now...
