I'm currently using 10.2.1 and it works perfectly fine and I got the update on my phone 10.3.1 on my z30 and it's unlocked with 10.2.1 I have no issues but I really want to update it should I update and I need to know if the issues on 10.3.1 are resolved

I was cautious/worried too but I took the plunge and I'm, for the most part, happy with doing so.

With a little more information regarding your concerns can help decide if you should take the plunge as well.

Well, this doesn't really help...however, I have found my Q10's battery lasting longer during the day while under the same conditions as pre-10.3.1.

I have experienced the lower notification volume glitch but can live with it until the upcoming fix.

I did experience an issue with the VA not finding my apps. A wipe fixed that issue.

Those are the only issues I have encountered or know about. Everything else works wonderfully for me.

The screen flicker is on Passport devices.

10.2.1 has its own bugs and yet people talk about like it's "bug-free". 10.3.1 is like that also. Bugs will always be present, but staying on an older OS, you will miss a lot of features. So far, I haven't experienced any bugs from 10.3.1.2267 that will hinder my device unusable so I say update now, just don't forget to back up first, if ever the update goes downhill.
