Are OTA updates exclusive to some BlackBerry devices? Z3 users did not receive any update. If it is to address the issues encountered during the last major update, the Z3 should also be included in the rollout of updates. Z3 had issues as well since the update on February, to name one: the battery life of Z3 lowered up to 40% which is OK on 10.2. Now, I had to compromise my display brightness, location services, BlackBerry protect, RIM analysis, and many other options just to have the usual battery experience which is not a problem on 10.2. I am on Globe Network here in Philippines and my fellow BlackBerry users are receiving update. If you would ask if I reloaded my OS, do hard reset, or power cycle, reboot, just to increase battery performance, yes I already did that. The same issues here. Z3 might as well should be receiving these updates.

No, you have to do full updates.
Certainly such requests won't be support by carrier, who can blame them?

ok. so you mean my case is an isolated one? since other devices are receiving such update, then Z3 are not. Is it not selective then? But anyways, who would hear me out when I call the carrier? Guess I'll be hunting autoloaders then.

You don't need autoloaders. You can update non-destructively. Just like OTA

You are saying that battery life is far worse on new update? 10.3 should have better battery management than 10.2. What os do you want?
