    my phone locked and then I typed the password 10 times and after that the phone went to security wipe and it has been stuck at 97 percent for the past 8 hours. what should I do??

    You can either......

    Wait for a few hours more ( or longer?)

    Do a hard reboot....hold power button down until the red LED flashes and device should re initiate wipe but should speed through

    better yet...open your BBLINK on your desktop, connect via one via USB, force recognition of phone by holding power button down for 20-30 seconds again until red LED flashes, then use link to reload your OS.

    Or Better yet get an autoloader file on your PC and unzip it....then connect phone and let the file do its work.
