A security wipe can last up to five hours. Any longer, something is wrong. Keep your phone plugged and your patience switch on.

It takes from 45 minutes to 4 hours, be patient and plug your phone to a power source

From 95% onward it takes at least few hours for merely another 1% increment.

My passport is at two days for 99%. It is the fourth day since I hit the security button.

My Passport is the same, stuck at 96% for 12 hours... did you find a solution or did it finish eventually?

When doing a security update, (Using BlackBerry Link) always keep the device plugged in until the process is complete. Don't touch anything and let the phone do its thing.

My Q5 took 59 minutes to complete. Some devices do Take longer but shouldn't take longer than 3 hours.

If you get tired of waiting.... use an Autoloader to reinstall the OS.

You'll be done in 30 Mins and can start setting your phone up again.
