    tried to security wipe my Z10, in order to make it completely free of everything i had on before. The Security Wipe logo and a spinning circle have been the only things on the screen for about an hour 45 now. Can't do the alt shift delete or whatever trick because Blackberry Link instructed me to leave my z10 unplugged from any computer. Any help as to if I should just wait, pull the battery (is it safe) or whethe or not I'm screwed would be great.

    Depending how much stuff was on your device it could take up to two hours, plug it into the wall and let it finish, it will shut down when complete.
