Hi,

I use the screen shot feature a lot, the problem I experienced on the Q10 with this feature is now irritating me on my new device.

When we press both volume rockers to take a screen shot a pop-up comes up saying screen shot saved to...

The problem is that sometimes the screen shot includes this pop-up and thus making my task much more longer as I have to delete the pic and take another screen shot while praying it doesn't happen again.. lol can we please get a message to developers to fix this glitch..

Are you sure you aren't just a little bit impatient?

What happens if, right now, you press both volume buttons just once, wait for the pop up to dissappear and then check on your pictures?

Thanks for the feedback, impatient maybe however when streaming a video and you want a screen shot.. time waits for no one...

In other words yes the feature needs to be quicker so that it's almost instantaneous..

Fully agree with the OP - it can be pretty annoying when taking multiple screenshots in quick succession.

I understand the need for it on BES enables devices but it serves no real purpose for non-BES users.

I could better understand the need for a toast notification if it presented an option to share the screenshot (at the point of capture) - but as things stand now, I feel it's more of a hindrance than a help (albeit not a deal breaker).
