    I've already posted this but never got an answer that worked. If I'm on workspace and screen shot it says saved to work space. If I'm on personal space then it still saves to workspace. Once in a while, and I have no idea why, it will say saved to personal space. I'm confused!

    If your Work Space is unlocked, a screen caps go to th work side. If you lock the Work Space the opposite will happen. If it doesn't work, you may want to delete the work space and re-register on the BES. Good luck!
