    Hello! Guys plz help me m updating BlackBerry Passport 10.3.2.2474 os version after download all things are awsum and features also but my screen lock notication are not shown in the lock screen even lock screen notification are Onn ..... what can I do???

    No it does not, just hold your volume up and down buttons in together until you see the word BlackBerry, you won't lose anything.

    Okay do this...

    Open BlackBerry Protect on your computer and send a message to your phone. The issue will get fixed for sure.

    Try it and let me know if it works for you.
