sometimes my z3 screen goes blue and blink one time, what is it?

The last time I heard about screen turning blue, it was on the Z10 and it eventually bricked. Could be wrong though, it's been like two years since last hearing about this type of issue.

Have you tried reloading your OS to see if it fixes it? Is your phone still under warranty?

I'd definitely take it back to the store for a replacement, don't put it off, do it while the warranty is still in place.
