My sachesi keep saying : searching for USB device. While my BlackBerry device manager says the USB already connected.
I don't know how to increase snap now. I wanna go back to previous snap. Since the latest is unstable.
    Please help!
Other thing, why opera mini from snap is fine once it's installed then I close then open again, then it's forced closed?

My sachesi is 1.2.1 and it used to work with Z3STJ100-1/10.3.1.2243.

Search the Internet for sachesi and see if you can find an older version. What won't work with the one you have?

Here's the link to get the most Sachesi 2.0. https://github.com/xsacha/Sachesi/releases/

When you run it, try right-clicking and select "Run as administrator". I had the same experience on one of my PC's. Running as administrator did the trick.

    Ok. I'll try version 2.0

I found the problem. It's the blackberry driver. Sometimes when we connect our phone to PC there will be option such as: access SD card, install driver, charge only, and ignore.

Once I picked install driver since the phone is new OS, I thought it would be great and it would give new driver update. But it ruins everything. Device is connected but my sachesi, blend and link won't work.

    So, what I did:
    1. Remove/uninstall all software like BlackBerry device manager, blackberry link, blackberry blend. Everything from BlackBerry.
    2. Restart the PC
    3. Install only from clean slate blackberry software desktop from blackberry website. (WITHOUT install driver from phone which appear as a drive on explorer). I found that the latest BlackBerry desktop software already include driver.
    4. Connect the phone

    Then everything is perfect.
