    I have a carrier unlocked Q10-5 on TMO USA and want to get my latest OS updates using a Rogers micro sim card. When buying the Rogers sim, will it serve my purposes if it is NOT activated? For any reason, would it be better to get a used sim rather than new? Thanks for the help!

    Active/inactive SIM does not matter, so get whichever you want.
