    Mid Feb 10.3.... OS came to my Q10 from Rogers - was NO Good.
    Have been using OS 10.2.1.3062 - Yesterday Mar 27 update 10.3.1.1779 is on my phone to install - is EVERYTHING fixed with this now for Q10 or, should I stay with 10.2..... ????

    How many times you have to ask this? Yes update your phone. No OS is perfect. Even that first update wasn't as bad as you made it. This update doesn't not fix the low volume
