    I have a BB Q10 - Rogers is my provider.
    About 2 weeks ago the update to 10.3 came to my BB Hub I downloaded - volumes so low - went to OS 10.2.1.3062 - Will I be able to get 10.3...... installed again when "issues" are hopefully fixed - Rogers have been no help & sorry I am not technically inclined. But yes I do want 10.3 OS back

    If you want to go to 10.3.1 again....
    download the files from here:

    download the file to your PC, unzip it on your PC, cable your PC to your phone, close link, click the exe.
