    You can use music so download the old BB ringtones to your music on your Passport and then select them in settings

    Download these ringtones from here BBOS6
    BBOS5
    Click on the ZIP with your PC.
    Now extract them they are in the folder ringtones Blackberry OS6> Berry ring>m4a
    and for the OS5 ones BB Preloaded Tones

    Put them on your desktop and connect your device.
    Wait till your phone appears in My Computer
    Select your phone and put them in MUSIC folder.



    Now go into your phone and go into settings and search for more music then chose the ringtone

    will do a how to with pictures within a few minutes

    So to start download the ringtones from:

    BBOS6
    BBOS7
    Make sure you have:

    Winrar on your PC
    a USB cable to connect your phone


    1. Double click the ZIP you downloaded
    Ringtones in bb10-ringtones-1.jpg
    2. Extract them to a folder (best is on desktop)
    Ringtones in bb10-ringtones-2.jpg
    3. Connect your phone to your PC
    Ringtones in bb10-ringtones-3.jpg
    4. Open My Computer and search for the Y: or Z: drive (normally your phone)

    5. Go into Documents and make a new folder
    Ringtones in bb10-ringtones-4.jpg
    6. Copy the ringtones from your PC to the new folder

    Now you can disconnect your OS10 device from your PC
    and unlock your phone

    7.Go into Settings
    Ringtones in bb10-img_20141215_160811.png
    8. Go into Notifications
    9. All at the bottom you will find Applications
    Ringtones in bb10-img_20141215_160813.png
    10. Select the Application you want to change
    Ringtones in bb10-img_20141215_160818.png
    11. Click Tone
    12. Browse Music is at the bottom
    Ringtones in bb10-img_20141215_160843.png
    13. Click Up
    Ringtones in bb10-img_20141215_161602.png
    14. Go into Documents
    Ringtones in bb10-img_20141215_161607.png
    15. Your folder and select the desired ringtone

    VOILA you set a BBOS6 or 7 ringtone
