    Since I bought my BlackBerry z10
    I have not been able to change my ringtone. Can you guys assist on how to change my ringtone and includes vibration

    Open quick settings bar, go to settings, notifications.
    From there you can choose default mode, volume and vibrate.
    At the bottom is customization -applications, then phone, where you can choose your phone ringtone and other specifics.
