My BB is a Curve 9360 OS7. I recently customized another ringtone/alert for ONE contact but my BB decided to give ALL my contacts that same "custom ringtone/alert". GASP!!!! My BB no longer shows 'Active Profile' for Phone or Messages under any contact. I cannot use it to filter out the unimportant calls overnight anymore. I had only 3 customized contacts that would alert me when my Profile was set to 'Silent'. Now I either have to Power off or set it to All Alerts Off when I go to bed and risk missing an emergency call. Under 'Change Sounds and Alerts' everything appears to be correct. Under 'Sounds for Contacts' it is showing only the 3 entries/contacts with customized sounds/alerts that I actually did set myself. Any ideas for how to undo this or what to restore in Restore From Backup via BB Desktop Software?? Thanks
