    This error code appears every time I shut down my laptop -

    The Instruction at 0x6514a8F2 referenced memory at 0x00000484
    The memory could not be reached

    Any ideas out there, on a Fix?

    delete the desktop manager and reinstall. If you are using Link, then delete that and reinstall!
