Did you do a back up of your old phone on link,
Yes I have complete backup on link for BB Z10 This phone is completely dead and I am considering buying new Z10 or Z30 Can not connect with USB to computer and BB link with old Z10
As long as you have the same OS version on the new phone that you had on the backed up one, you should be fine using the back up/ restore option in link
