    So I been on the 10.3 leak. But been booting my phone on off lately & I'm thinking it could be the leak. So I want to restore my phone back to 10.2.1 I know I have to use BlackBerry Link but every time I'm in the process it says it needs to download new BlackBerry desktop software. Than it says it couldn't and stops the process. What do I do?

    You will need to download a copy of the 10.2. OS that you want to install and use the autoloader. Cable your phone to your PC and run the exe.

    I don't know maybe it's my laptop cause I tried that to but didn't work. It kept saying the file is corrupt. I have the rar thing but didn't help.
