    does anybody knows if there is a blackberry phone what is able to use with the "republic wireless" service?

    Republic Wireless was mainly using SPRINT's network, but they have started using T-Mobile's (just last year) so it depends on where you live as to what network they offer. If in your area it's mainly a CDMA network, forget it. If it's GSM network, you might have a shot.

    But these types of services are not as BYOD friendly as they carriers they lease from. You usually have to use the phones they offer, but some "popular" devices are compatible (that leaves out BlackBerries).

    I'd call the carrier, ask them what service they offer... and if it is GSM I'd ask about a T-Mobile BlackBerry PRIV.
