[CrackBerry Question]

i have blackberry 9360, it is under warrenty, n from last 6 months it has visited service center for more than 6 times for technical issues.....im asking for replacement but they r not ready to do.....what shud i do???

Unfortunately that is up to your carrier. The normal process is repair and not replacement, but I agree that 6 trips to the repair center within a year is quite excessive. Were these all for the same issue?

Many factors will come into play, such as how long you've been a customer, how much you spend a month and your history as a customer, but I would call the carrier, ask to speak with a manager or the customer retentions department and threaten to take my business elsewhere if they will not get you a working device.
