    I wiped my z10 battery fault bring error and erase my software
    But after that I uploaded a software which is 3rd party shoeing written ox2bf570c1 on display and not supporting Sim card and alarm and apps I want to reload but showing error. How to delete it and reload new please help me out from the hell

    You messed up and put on a developer OS.

    If you loaded 10.3.3.746, you're out of luck.

    If not, reload your OS with BlackBerry Link: How to clean reload the BlackBerry 10 OS or BlackBerry PlayBook OS using BlackBerry Link
