Do you want to reset your phone or what? Just curious why would you want to do that? (you don't have to answer this)

Use BlackBerry Link > Preferences > Reload Device Software

Be sure you cancel SD Card encryption before doing the reload - otherwise you will lose all data on the card because the encryption key is deleted during the OS reload. If the card is not encrypted the data should be safe on it.

Also, you have to know that all data in the internal storage of the device (not on the SD Card) will be wiped - so you may want to copy it on other media.
