Anyone have a rectangular "slight" image in their touch screen? It's not blocking any of my view but at certain angle I can see it. The same rectangular is on the back cover too. I am thinking it's the built in battery. Thoughts?

Which device do you have?
What you are describing sounds like a side effect of pressure on a LCD display.
You can more drastically see this for yourself on a LCD TV or computer display by gently pressing your finger on the screen, you will see a "halo" effect at and around where you pressed.
If the device's battery is swelling, due to a pending failure, then you may see what you are describing.
It's a Z30. Bought it at BlackBerry. Ca. It's less then a year. Hope it's under warranty.
