    Hello
    I have had issues with my Q10 since the latest OS update.
    I was recommended to wipe and try a reinstall but can some one tell me the steps?
    My emails, contacts and calendars are all web based then synced so I'm not worried there.

    Now that's just a touch advanced
    My phone seems to just reset for no apparent reason so I want to try a reset!
    So back up on the desktop manager.
    Then do a security whip?

    Anything I should worry about? Password keeper? Bbm? App store?

    Reads as more involved then it actually is...go for it.
    You shouldn't have any problems with the apps listed but do back up a copy of Password keeper. It really is a straightforward process and you'll be fine.
