    If i backup up my z10 on link which is on 10.3.1 and then use an autoloader to update to 10.3.2 will i be able to restore the backup or will all the app data be outdated?

    Yes.

    Backing up doesn't take any software-locked data. It'll always be universally able to be restored under any software version of BlackBerry 10.
