    Hi, I've a BlackBerry Q5 SQR100-2, I got it since about 5 months and everything works well with it excpet for when I charge it, it stops charging on 70% or 96% while charging and the only way yet to resolve it.. is to disconnect the device from the charger and put it back again, and I've noticed that the charger stops getting warm when it happens, I also checked the battery's health on BBVE and it's still (green). Any suggestion for that? Thanks

    First...try to reboot the device...that fixes a lot of issues.

    Option two:.

    Connect you device to a wall charger and remove battery even though it's charging, after 1 minute re insert the battery and charge for 2 -3 hours

    I've rebooted it many times already, and the Q5's battery is unremovable!

    When did this issue start? Recent updates? Could be a bad install?

    I would back up your data via link perform a security wipe (as a hard reset for q5), rest the device to factory via BlackBerry link and reload you data.

    Bad installs many times can cause battery issues as you are having.

    If that doesn't sort it out i assume you are still under warranty. I would return the device.
