    I am unable to figure out what is happening.
    Currently I m not using sd card. From last two days my fone shut downs automatically.
    When I use wifi then it works fine, but when I switch to mobile Internet, it shutsdown
    It is my observation, don't know what's problem is going with my Q5.
    Using 10.2.1.3062 OS which is latest one.
    Please somebody expert in blackberry help me.

    Yes it is admitted to hospital called Blackberry service center. Hope its life is saved.
