    Hi

    I have a terrible problem. My Q5 connects with no problem with the network and shows 4GLTE, but when I make a call, or walk into poor coverage area goes to 3g and it stays like this. It never bumps up to 4G or even 3G. Every time I finish call I have to turn on and off plane mode to get data services working again. I've upgraded to the nevest firmware - nothing helps. Does anyone know the solution?

    these phones go from LTE to 3g when you make a call , give it some time to go back it should do it automatically

    I know that it should work that way but it does not. I had a call over hour ago - still 3g, and I'm at full LTE coverage area. Do you think turning off LTE at my operator may help?

    I don't know, it doesn't affect anything, have you tried load a new radio auto loader by chance,
