My Q20 used less than a year. But recently it has become slower and slower. I have done Security Wipe once, but days later,it became slow again. How to deal with it? Please give some suggestions.

What OS version are you on?

And, by the way, it's the Classic, not the Q20.

How Many Apps do you have installed?

Do you have apps running in the background?

Have you taken care of the battery? (EG, not let it go below 20%)

5-page apps.... they are all I need.
I always use it below 20%....
    So I should uninstall some?

You could update OS but that may not solve your problem.

You likely have one app (or more) that is system heavy ...typically android.

Check your usage and check for competing apps. e.g. map apps using location services. Disable app preferences as necessary.

Remove what you don't make use of.

Yeah, I'm wondering which app.... it seems that it is the one I always use..... I was always afraid to turn off the location service, because I afraid that my phone will be stolen and then I can't use the location service to find my phone back....

I keep location services on for the very same reason. If you have identified the app as one which you frequently use then clean up any others which you don't. Try updating too ..you may see a larger drain initially as system indexes but you might see a better result once things settle down. Just curious...which app is the culprit?

There are two apps. I guess you have never heard of them, because they were made by Chinese company. Wechat and BaiduNetDisk. One for chatting and one for watching movies&TV series.
