    I was unable to correctly enter my "device password" on my Q10 after 10 tries so I was forced to wipe the phone. After doing so, the screen reset itself and is now stuck on what looks like a SIM card icon in the center with a small "loading" ring underneath it. Taking the battery out did nothing and plugging the phone in gives no change either. What do I do?

    Security wipe seems to get it stuck at 100% often. Download and install a new OS via an autoloader.
