    I have a Q10, software all up to date.
    Emailing all fine 'til @ 7 days ago when outgoing stopped arriving.
    Incoming is still okay.
    Checked settings, 100% correct.
    Checked with my carrier (EE) no issues.
    Checked with my email/domain hosting co (Network Solutions) no issues.
    Can't check with Blackberry - impossible to get phone support?
    Checked with SMTP2GO - all fine.
    Today did a TOTAL wipe & reset to factory settings.
    Added email account details.
    Same problem persists.
    Handset says email's sent successfully.
    Email doesn't arrive with addressee.
    Does arrive in my webmail SENT folder.
    Incoming emails are all fine.

    Now thinking "should I downgrade to prior software 10.1.00.4828?"
    Maybe there's a software glitch that's inadvertently annoyed my email service...

    I need a genius on this one - any advice gratefully received.

    If you send from your Q10 and it shows as sent from your web email in your browser/Outlook, then the problem is not with your device but with your email provider. I think you're troubleshooting in the wrong place.
